The Front Desk Staff was very friendly. Only thing I was not informed of dirtying the towel would cost me RM 10. If I was would have brought my own towel since my hair was colored recently. Even this case was presented to me well by the Front Desk Staff.

The valet parking was excellent, security is safe yet non-intrusive. The location is excellent, 8 minutes from Jonker Street, and 2 minutes from shopping malls. Ha!

Nothing much, and will probably want to stay then again when we go back to malacca.

There was work in progress with noise and wifi not working. We had to carry the luggage by ourselves on the first floor by the stairs. Finally too expensive for the value. Maybe it will be better after the restoration.

Fair price, staff tried to be nice and helpful. Internet on their pc is useful if you do not have laptop.

Staff was not professional - the young man input himself twice (fortunately not for the third time) pin code on our credit card instead of us; we had ordered shuttle to bus station in the morning but it was not ready. Location is a bit further from centre than expected. The bed is 190cm long only so not for tall people. The room was a bit noisy (facing to main street)
